I coordinated a nationwide environmental scan with our stakeholders, wrote a summary report of our findings, and developed a project plan and budget for the proposed project. -Developed preliminary survey instruments for three different surveys to be administered throughout the MD program.

Largely living as undocumented refugees in Kuala Lumpur and other urban centers, the Rohingya generally have poor access to health services but little is known about their access to and experiences with reproductive health services living in Malaysia. -Using an ethnographic lens, our study team aimed to explore the status of maternal and reproductive health among Rohingya women and girls. -Conducted focus group discussions with Rohingya women and key informants interviews to explore access to maternal-child health services, contraception and family planning, abortion, and experiences with early marriage and sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV).
