Create weekly lesson plans to develop and promote skills necessary for Kindergarten success. Create an enticing daily environment specifically for children to learn language, writing, math, science and art through play and teacher guided activities. Help children develop social skills such as building and maintaining friendships, problem solving, self help, self-control, self motivation, etc which in turn builds a child's self confidence and self esteem. I used MIcrosoft Publisher to create professional documentation and lessons for the classroom as well as maintaining the email correspondence to and from parents. I also created a assessment test forms and report cards using Ms Office. Use of Microsoft Office is a strong skill set I possess.I believe if a child can begin elementary education with self-control, self-confidence and self-esteem, he/she will do well in school while building good character and become a positive contributing member of society.
