Provide orientation training to the members of community to raise awareness about the project.5. Facilitate small and large community meetings to encourage discussions for the formation ofcommunity development council (CDCs).6. Conduct awareness training regarding the benefits of organized communities to encourageorganization of the communities.7. Facilitate the process of formation of primary group covering 10-20 households and identification ofrepresentatives to the Community Development Councils.8. Facilitate the process of formation of Kheseg level Community Development Councils (CDCs)through election/selection and assist the CDCs to register with MoUB.9. Facilitate the CDCs in making thorough analysis of their vulnerabilities, capabilities and resources attheir disposal.10. Facilitate the process of “Community Action Plan (CAP)” preparation in each Kheseg of the Khoroothrough the standard CAP process of the project
