Ltd Lahore, Pakistan• Managed a work force of approx. 400 people.• Managed production of knitwear variants for the following clients – Russell (UK / USA), B&C, Seagers, Victoria’s Secrets, Ralph Lauren, H&M, ADI, Nike, Next, Brandix, Queensbro, SG Europe, Kariban, Sols, etc.• Consistently achieved and maintained highest Production target – average 310 tons/month. • Perpetual research on domestic and international buyers in coordination with the merchandising team.• Guiding the third party ERP solutions provider – building a computer based automation environment for the prudent functioning of the dyeing house• Internal consultant (technical / marketing) to the merchandising team on international lead-generated sales.• Directing the dye house optimization project, aimed at achieving 90% operational efficiency levels.• Working with maintenance department on preventive & curative maintenance of machines• Responsible for material assessment, procurement and inventory management of raw material.• Business Process Re-engineering - worked across all departments to identify operational inefficiencies and loopholes and resolve functional issues.• Environment, Health & Safety:o Part of the team responsible for setting up the Health & Safety manual.o Worked with Health & Safety department to minimize emissions (water, noise) in line with international regulations.o Guided the workforce regarding basic environmental health and safety procedures.• Initiated and implemented Total Quality Management circles throughout the dye house.• Managed a work force of approx. 300 people.• Prepared the ‘comparative cost saving report’ on in-house power generation using natural gas.
