      While on Coca-Cola, I helped lead the retail side of the business. While most of the work was shopper, we always strived to push for full, 360 degree campaigns and were successful at gaining other work such as out of home and social media. During my time on Coca-Cola, I was partial lead on seeing each project through all phases. During the conceptual phase, I was managing, concepting, strategizing, and designing alongside art directors and copywriters. In the production phase I was directing photoshoots and managing the production process. I presented every project I worked on and helped build a relationship with our revolving door of clients. Various events left me in charge of the creative side of the Coca-Cola business during the last six months. While that was a challenge, I took it in stride and grew by leaps and bounds as a creative leader by learning how to better manage other creatives, the ins and outs of the account side of the business, and how to be a better team leader overall.
