    I set up this consultancy firm based in Dubai to service the construction, civil engineering and interior design works sector in the region. As General Manager, I lead the overall business strategy including project management, operations, stakeholder management and business development. I own and am accountable for all projects and ensure high quality and professional delivery of end-to-end turnkey solutions and fit-out projects (featured below are photographs of some of my projects).     Here, I owned and executed large-scale hospitality projects in Abu Dhabi valued at AED 180M. I planned and successfully delivered 2 key hotel client projects and headed the Technical Services (MEP Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), Fit-Out and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) functions for:• Sofitel Capital Plaza Hotel: 8 podiums (public areas) & 37 floors (guest rooms) • Arjaan Rotana Hotel, Capital Centre: 3 podiums & 25 floors I directed, trained and coached large teams of multi-disciplinary engineers, managers and sub-contractors to efficiently deliver the projects on-time.In addition, I fostered a risk-free environment by implementing Health & Safety procedures and ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and operational processes. As Project Director, I regularly communicated with the hotel leadership teams and all relevant partners regarding project milestones and deliverables.

In addition, I grew the network of subcontractors and suppliers through relationship building.
