Creatively spearheaded, developed and executive produced wholesale reinvention of iconic 70’s TV show for 4-8-year-old audience. The new show mixed live-action comedy musical narrative with short animations. Integrated leading-edge education, entertainment, and technology. Launched 1/09. Total: 3 seasons, 52 half-hour shows. Lead interface with PBS national.Co-created "The Adventures of the Electric Company on Prankster Planet", animated story/gaming off-shoot. A transmedia cliff-hanger adventure inviting kids into the story to save the day and become heroes themselves. Season 2 hands-on leadership of the web experience. Launched Prankster Planet 5/11. Total: 2 seasons TV & on-air transmedia story/game (flash).● Top-tier creative team including Tony, Grammy and Oscar winners as well as McArthur Genius Award winner.● Engaged established talent including LL Cool J, Wyclef Jean and Jimmy Fallon.● Numerous writer and animator relationships including Adam Peltzman, Tim McKeon, Joey Mazzarino, Primal Screen, Alan Foreman.● Discovered new talent including Lin Manual-Miranda, William Jackson Harper, Reggie Watts, Carly Rose Sonenclar, Coy Stewart, Bill Sherman.● Secured multi-million $ grant from US Department of Education to produce the project.● TEC reached over 10 million people in a 9-week period in 2012.● Prankster Planet online game became #1 on PBS KIDS Go by mid-year 2012, with 5.5 million visits to the site, over 2 million uniques, and 71% repeat visitors.● Launched Prankster Planet Party Game Tablet App Jan 2013 on iOS & Android. 100,000 downloads in first 10-days.● Launched all-in-one collaborative tablet app with INTEL Spring 2013.● Relaunched website with new games with mobile focus using HTML5.
