As IR Director, I acted as company ambassador & key spokesperson, created corporate equity story & delivered an effective IR strategy across the investment community.Established effective legacy processes for the delivery of external financial reporting, including annual reports, quarterly results announcements, presentations, scripts & Q&As and AGM/EGMs.Managed complex corporate legal structures & multiple listing rules ensuring compliance & effective disclosure including completion of NASDAQ delisting & subsequent SEC deregistration and transition from US GAAP to IFRS.Collaborated with external advisors re: Acergy’s acquisition of Subsea 7.
