This Naidupeta Plant is an Ultra Modern “State of the Art” Plant with 650 MT per day capacity end burner furnace which is one of the largest in world of such kind with facility to operate on B&B, P&B and NNPB processes with automatic Inspection machines & palletizers to manufacture Glass containers with a total capital investment of Rs. 1000 crores was commissioned in 2012 & now, operates at its rated capacity deploying a total manpower of 1000+ in the Plant operations and having an annual turnover of approx. Rs. 500 crores.

Achieved 20% increase in output and 15% reduction in cost. Upgraded the old plant to new updated technology. Improved the manufacturing efficiency substantially.

Providing Leadership, setting goals, building teams and finding ways for better performance on continuous basis, recruitment, training and development of employees.Product Development – At Hindalco & Jindal I was instrumental in development of customers like General electric, L&T, Siemens, Godrej, Tata BP Solar, export to Europe and Middle East.Tool Design and Manufacturing – I was responsible for setting up and complete modernization of tool rooms as Hindalco & Jindal with CAD/CAM facilities.International exposure through training in SMS Sutton USA, Reynolds & Elhaus Germany and attending international conferences in 2003 & 2007.
