• To ensure overall quality of advice is assessed in line with network standards to mitigate the risk that the suitability of advice is unsuitable. • Oversee the management and analysis of quality assurance to ensure consistency of standards is being met. • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks to the network and keep up to date with regulatory requirements.• Lead and drive both an office and field-based team to achieve organisational objectives through management of resources. • Maintain personal knowledge of FCA regulatory and internal guidance and procedural changes to ensure accurate assessment of files. • Ensure a valued led service proposition is delivered to Appointed Representative (AR) and Directly Authorised (DA) Firms across the wider group. • Deliver a key performance area of the Training and Competence Scheme ensuring case checks are completed in line with network standards. • Undertake project management to deliver key initiatives and risk management. • To undertake any additional ad hoc duties, when necessary, to support the business in achieving its overall objectives.
