As a customer service manager, it is my duty to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service from the telephonist and the drivers. Answer customer and driver queries regarding services, accounts and complaints via email, telephone and / or face-to-face. Ensure that our account customers are receiving the services as promised and assist with any queries regarding complains, invoicing and payments. Investigate complaints and feedback from customers to ensure that they are addressed and rectified accordingly and ensure that the customer is satisfied. Record complaints and feedbacks on an electronic database so that it is available for future reference. Liaise wih the local councils (Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, South Northamptonshire Council etc.) to ensure that the drivers are following the council guidelines and regulations.As part of operations, I recruit new drviers and provide the relevant training to them. Visit public spaces and businesses to offer our services e.g. dedicated taxi phones to hotels so that customers recieve streamlined service. Investigate issues with our mobile application and liaise with the app developers to help the app users with any technical problems. Maintain the paperwork for the drivers in compliance with their respective councils to ensure that regulations and guidlines are followed. As an accounts assistant, I assist the accounts manager with invoicing our account customers on a monthly basis for the taxis they have used. General filing of the paid / unpaid invoices. Assist account holders with any queries regarding the invoices and / or the serivices. Chase payments for unpaid outstaning invoices.
