Sci, School of Medicine, and YNPRC, Emory University• Process and analyze infant and juvenile macaque brain structural MRI images to examine the developmental impact of poor maternal care on prefrontal cortex grey and white matter volumes and amygdala/hippocampus size. Learned neuroimaging methods and some Shell programming to use the in house pipeline AutoSeg for brain skull-stripping, tissue class segmentation and parcellation of my regions of interests• Assist with animal training and testing for fear conditioning tasks, as well as blood draws and processing for plasma cortisol measures.• Develop neuroimaging techniques using AutoSeg, ITK-SNAP, and Slicer software.• Began Honors Thesis August 2017 focusing on the effects of maternal care in Rhesus monkeys
