    Track multiple orders of communication towers and equipment shelters from the time the order is placed until shipment arrives on site to customer. Schedule shelters and towers into production and track progress through manufacturing. Once the towers and or shelters have been manufactured, I arrange all transportation from our plant to various sites across the country and some internationally. Troubleshoot any problems that may occur with the orders during and after production. Act as a liaison between my company and many major tele-communication corporations. My other duties include gathering pricing and production information, such as material availability and costs, for all miscellaneous parts quotes. Inside sales as well as outside sales calls to many of our customers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and US Cellular. This includes corporate presentations on many different aspects of the telecommunication industry as well as procedures and informational classes. I have been the lead project manager for many local, national and international clients since I have been employed at Cellxion. I work closely with not only my direct customers, but their field crews and site contractors, as well the transportation companies, to insure everything is completed on time in order to maintain time schedules and customer satisfaction.
