    Based on my skills, experience and reputation, Xerox brought me onboard through Wellington Steele & Associates to help with their company separation initiative.Responsibilities and Achievements:Planned and managed the IT contract separation work stream for the Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Organization in support of the company separation. - Researched and cataloged the EIS contracts (230 contracts/74 suppliers)- Researched and documented the separation requirements for each contract- Lead the contract separation projects - Partnered with the leadership and global purchasing to negotiate the new contract requirements- Ensured the new contracts were approved and in place by January 1, 2017Contract negotiations can be challenging and time consuming. Add to the challenge all the other competing priorities associated with a company separation. To ensure success, I held two week long Contract Workshops for the more challenging contracts. The workshop brought together the decision makers from the business, Global purchasing and the suppliers for the purpose of negotiating and creating the post separation contracts. All contract work was completed on time with quality results.
