Responsible for balancing expenses made on university issued credit cardsProvide administrative support to the faculty chair, department manager and 14 Informatics faculty. Assisting with the reservation and use of department resources. Conduct the procurement of supplies and equipment from university approved vendors. Monitors and maintains office facilities and supplies and analyzes the need for equipment and repairs.

Prepare summer salary worksheets, obtain necessary approvals, to meet deadline for document submission and time reporting.
