My relevant experience has been working within administrative, project officer, information management & technology implementation roles at Gold Coast City Council. By working in a variety of roles in differing capacities I have developed extensive knowledge and ability to work with systems, process and business.I have direct experience in workforce management for up to 80+ staff in my role as Administration Coordinator.I have extensive experience in a range of customer service roles obtained over 28 years of local government experience. I have over 7 years experience in a number of roles within the Finance Department. I have experience with SAP modules in particular CRM, Procurement, Financials, HR, Licensing and Applications.I have a full understanding of the Public Records Act and record keeping and have used Hummingbird electronic Document & Records Management system on a daily basis for the past 12 years.I understand the complexities of working within a large yet diverse organisation with the constant evolution of change and the importance of being adaptable. I am committed to delivering efficient support services that are customer service focussed.I have well-developed interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering outcomes for the areas I have worked with. I am a self-motivated, highly experienced person, capable of working with minimal supervision.
