Julie Kay Rupp has been planning Once In a Lifetime - Unique Events around the world. Has a Location and Event Planning Company in Palm Springs, CA. We represent and scout locations for the film industry and corporate dinner events. In addition we are adding Travel Agent and Travel Coordination for individuals and groups. I have traveled the world and just returned in December 2015 from a two week site inspection of Istanbul, Dubai and Abu Dhabi to become an expert on Middle East Tourism.

As the Event Planning Manager/Convention Services Manager at Hyatt Lake Tahoe I acted as liaison between the guest and hotel Sales to provide direction and supervision during execution of meeting and banquet functions and/or event. I was available to guests during event process to solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements. I directly served on-site group and catering guests in a proactive manner working with the logistics of group room blocks, food and beverage, public meeting space, and billing processes.
