Responsible for the first-ever Advancement efforts at the American School of Dubai. Implemented the school's first-ever Development program, instituting best practices in fundraising and nonprofit management to include establishing the first-ever 501c3 Friends of the American School of Dubai Foundation, Board of Trustee fundraising policy, annual Gala fundraising events, auctions, major gift program and annual giving program. Fundraising at Dubai's largest nonprofit K-12 independent school. Created, planned and implemented the 2016-2017 50th Anniversary events for the American School of Dubai resulting in the engagement of multiple constituent groups including parents, past parents, alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of ASD. Created, planned and executed an alumni relations program to include the research and development of an alumni data base and robust engagement programs bringing alumni into the life of the school for the first time. Implemented a cohesive, coordinated and strategic community relations program to ensure positive parent relations, volunteer involvement and an engaging presence in the local community as well as international arena.
