    I offer a range of services which aim to support organisations to better meet the needs of children with disabilities (e.g. project evaluations, training, toolkit development) and also illustrate the content of conferences, live or online. Examples include:Project evaluationsI have evaluated inclusive education projects for a range of INGOs, including:• Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (Northern Afghanistan, 2012)• Lumos Foundation (Moldova, Georgia, 2014, 2015, 2017) • Save the Children (Bangladesh, Solomon Islands, 2016) • Red Inclusiva Colombia (Colombia, 2008, 2009, 2014, 2016, 2019)Specialising in children’s participation, all evaluations focus upon gaining the views of children and families using creative, child centred methods.Visual Recording and illustrationI illustrate the content of conferences, live, while speakers present. Illustrations have included global events to smaller community events where there is a focus upon gaining view of children and families. Events have included: • International Forum on Inclusive Education (Cali, Colombia, 2019)• Global Disability Summit (London, UK, 2018)• Education and international development events (e.g. DFID, UKFIET, BAICE)• Health events (e.g. Darzi fellowship events, London, UK, 2011-to date; UK-based Health trusts)I also illustrate briefings and reports, to support their dissemination and reach.Training on inclusive education and children’s participationI offer training for adults working with children on strategies to support the educational and emotional needs of children with disabilities. Focusing on hands on, creative strategies I deliver training for large scale events (e.g. keynote for 400 teachers in Colombia, 2019) to individual organisation staff teams (e.g. Laos, 2016) and individual schools and teachers.
