    I manage the renderfarm as well as junior wranglers, help manage the pipeline, identify/solve render errors, put in place workflow improvements, and assist the IT department with many various needs.More specifically:I micromanage the render farm (through Deadline) to find efficiencies and solve errors as soon as they happen. I submit in-house renders to cloud-services such as AWS, and I monitor their progress for the same sorts of efficiencies and errors that I regularly look out for locally. I update multiple progress sheets daily, such as in-house spending on cloud services, that are shared with the accounting department and other admins in the office. I reboot machines for work-from-home employees as needed, as well as assist the engineering department at large in solving users' machine issues. I have also set up new machines for new employees which includes, but is not limited to, deploying various software and updates. I have created many instructional webpages for employees in order to have a clear and concise database of our best practices and helpful tips. I have created Slack channels and workflows to increase efficiency office-wide.
