Purchased the company in 2000 with 2 partners.Sold company in 2009 to PBS&J Engineering and continued as President of Peter R. Brown Construction which operated as a wholly owned subsidiary. Was also elected to the Board of Directors and was Sr. VP of the engineering firm. PBS&J was subsequently sold to Atkins Engineering (headquartered in London, England) in 2010 and continued on as President of Peter R. Brown Construction until retirement in 2011.
