Attending technical delay and reliability meetings with an initial investigation summary and proposed actions.•Supporting aircraft onboarding and Entry Into Service to the fleet by reviewing ICAs.•Developing and implementing the Maintenance program effectiveness analysis process to raise requests for changes to the MPD as a result of reliability improvements and recommendations.•As the team lead, proposing Projects to support overall department objectives and process improvements.
