I rented a small factory in the interior of the municipality of Petrolandia, where we produce potted preserves, cucumber, onion, beetroot, pickles, quail eggs and champignon. There were 15 full-time employees, and a variable number of occasional collaborators in harvest periods. I was responsible for personnel management, HR, issuance of documents, contact with representatives and customers, purchase of inputs, payment of securities. I was also responsible for hiring farmers to plant raw material, and commitment to crop delivery. Several greenhouses were built on the properties near the factory, where it was produced all year round, despite climate change.
