This is done by effectively using Boolean Search techniques via LinkedIn personal and RPS (Recruiter Professional Services), cold calling, company website, etc.• Maintaining in-house client database, ensuring data are entered accurately• Market mapping for different industry, eg, Fintech, Marketing & Advertising, Law Firms, Banking & FS etc, depending on consultants request• Candidates Sourcing - Assist Director / Division Manager in HK Office on Candidate Sourcing / Talent Mapping mainly via Linkedin and reaching out to potential candidates.• CV branding for KL office - assist in converting candidates CV into Ambition's format for Consultants to send it to client.• Other ad-hoc office admin duties such as, candidates registration into system and Hong Kong office events management as and when required.
