The Rev. Dr. Joyce Miriam Brooks is an Anglican priest and Founding Pastor of Beth Messiah Anglican Congregation, where Jewish and Gentile believers in Yeshua the Messiah can worship together while embracing the Jewish roots of the Gospel. She is a priest in the Anglican Church of North America and a Messianic Jew. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Studies with an emphasis in Leadership which she uses to serve the Church and the marketplace through ministry among the business community of La Habra, CA.Her affiliation as a minister with A.C.T. Intl enables Joyce to do the innovative ministry of planting a Messianic Anglican congregation and providing pastoral care to the business community.

I assist with the sacramental, preaching, teaching and pastoral ministry of the church, and I have a special passion to provide pastoral care and healing ministry to women who have been victims of sexual abuse.
