Initial focus to set up the marketing function taking it from zero base into a fully functioning and staffed environment within a 3 month period. Included scoping of roles/responsibilities, employment of staff, defining and implementing all processes within the internal and external environment, negotiation of all contracts with marketing suppliers. Developed and guided the digital marketing strategy including development of the on-line media strategy, launched monthly E-Zine, contracted blog sites. Definition of research requirements relating to brand tracking, advertising effectiveness and customer experience with translation of results into strategic initiatives including customer touchpoint mapping.
