    My current position is commercial service dispatcher. I coordinate and dispatch technicians to provide emergency road service and pre-scheduled services for commercial fleets. I am familiar with ASA TreadX, Reach24 and MaddenCo software. I previously worked in warehousing and driver training. I organized orders sent from either the sales or service department. I pulled products and generated work orders for outside delivery, in-house work, location transfers or road service. I have been responsible for driver training and evaluation which included safety training, route planning, customer service, product awareness and creating work orders for BASys. I have created a driver training manual which is still in use as a guide for both new and experienced drivers to use BASys, use industry-specific terminology and effectively evaluate/address customer concerns.In my 12 years with Jim Whitehead's Tire and Service I have also served as a service dispatcher and manager at locations in Augusta, Columbia SC, Pendergrass GA and Greer SC. In that capacity I handled customer service, billing, and oversight of on-sight and over-the-road technicians.

    I was the sole dispatcher for the southeast region creating scheduling and dispatch of HAZMAT material for a dedicated shipper and receiver. My area included terminal locations in North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. I published weekly equipment reports for custom tube-type chassis. I managed 13 teams of drivers that ran around the clock, 7 days a week. As a result, I was on call around the clock, 7 days a week to be available to troubleshoot production issues, roadside breakdowns and changes in shipment.
