Ensuring customer satisfaction through successful product implementation.- Project Management: Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Managing technical aspects of the sales process, including system integration. Overseeing the resolution of any technical issues that arise during the sales cycle.- Customer Onboarding: Set strategy and responsible for all customer onboarding across vHub and FinPark.
