Originally it took 6 months of labour to produce this manual. With the new application it took only 2 hours to produce it.-> Managed and completed over 100 projects involving rail car modifications, which included some that were safety related. The budget of some of the projects were over $1,000,000. Prepared cost estimates and monitored actual costs to ensure that they remained within budget.-> Led design, construction, delivery and testing of the first movable bulkheads on a car within six weeks. Successful testing performed in front of major North American railways executives. CN successfully closed this contract with this client for 120 more rail cars. Acknowledged for my contribution.
