    My part time passion - After years of experience in the art of cooking True-Blue Texas Barbecue, being the “First” to bring BBQ catering to New York City through Smokin' Joe's True-Blue Texas Barbecue, and possessing an innate ability to reach multiple major media outlets to self-promote a unique business, I have developed S’Que Holdings, LLC. S'Que is a manufacturer and importer/exporter of unique BBQ Grills, Brazilian Churrasco equipment and Rotisserie systems either designed and developed by me or imported from around the world. Using this equipment S’Que also offers "Unique Catered Events" to both current and future clients. Our vision for the S’Que venture is to use our lessons learned in BBQ to help both small and corporate caterers to grow their ever dwindling revenue streams by offering new and unique services, exciting and tantalizing foods and, the big one… the “WOW” factor… to their catered events.
