Our services included the preparation of responses to IRS claims, research the Internal Revenue Code, Regulations and Court Case history to support client's position, write client's response, coordinate with legal counsel and represent our client position throughout the appeals process.Successfully participated on the uncovering of fraud and defalcation on three occasions.
