Performed corrective and preventive maintenance on costumer vehicle. Implemented Inventory tracking system. As the shops service adviser, I interacted with costumers to receive approval to repair their vehicles. As the shop's IT Tech I set up a security system visible from anywhere in the world. I also set up and trained shop employees on use of company tablets. I built a custom computer system to optimize shop operations without having any of the unwanted software slowing down the system.
