Ensure MXCA and Corporate deadlines are met, and deliver regular reporting to the business to drive completion. 9. Facilitate the annual Pay Planning cycle in the business ensuring budgets are spent in alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy. 10. Provide coaching, feedback and development to local leaders and managers. 11. Work closely with the business to ensure that results to the annual employee satisfaction survey are analyzed and appropriate action plans are developed. 12. Help drive initiatives which will increase employee engagement and retention. Direct reporting to the Country Manager and three (3) direct reports. Providing services up to 95 own employees organization with one (1) Union Organization and one (1) collective agreement.
