    The Juno Beach Centre is a bilingual non-profit museum and cultural center dedicated to commemorating Canada’s domestic and military contributions to the Second World War. As a Museum Educator and Battlefield Guide, I was responsible for providing the following services in both English and French:• Giving guided tours of German bunkers and a portion of Juno Beach• Teaching visitors of diverse ages, nationalities, and backgrounds (school groups, veterans, dignitaries, etc.) about Canada’s domestic and military contributions to the Second World War • Directing primary and secondary age students through "Explore Juno", an activity that encourages critical thinking regarding concepts related to the Second World War• Informing visitors about historical sites in Normandy and in France• Assisting in special ceremonies and events
