    Sweet Apps is a software development company which has a main focus on SAAS web based applications. Their flagship application, Sweet Upsell, is a Shopify app that helps generate more sales and revenue for their users. This is achieved by taking their customers back through the sales funnel and offering discounted upsell products.Sweet Apps is soon to launch a second application that will act as an advertising engine for a major social media platform. This service will automatically manage advertising campaigns based on rules conditions set by the user in order to better streamline their advertising exposure.- Sweet Upsell has produced a large user base with 3600+ active installs on Shopify stores.- Introduction of industry standard practices for software development. These include incorporating an agile methodology and creating an organisational Github profile to easily manage outsourced developers and their permissions on repositories.- Manage a small team of developers (3 developers, including a part-time outsource developer) where I provide coaching and mentorship.- Facilitated story-mapping, sprint planning, and daily standups.- Incorporated CI/CD into our projects as well as setting up the environments and devOps through Github Workflow.- Architected both systems and led the development, working with Angular, Typescript, Javascript, Node.js and Firebase.

    First Technology is composed of a group of companies that provide products and value-added services, all related to Information Technology environments and business processes.- I was outsourced to a company (PFK Electronics, which creates tracking units for vehicles) where I contributed to the development of a dashboard that would abstract data and display it to clients for analysis.- Contributed to an in-house application which tracked the spending of employees within First Technology at the companies eatery and bar.- Performed both consulting and technical roles, providing business solutions for clients whilst keeping current with technology trends.

They also designed, developed and hosted websites for multiple clients.- My role was to understand the business of the customer to better represent their brand. I would then design and develop their website as well as taking on the role of Webmaster to maintain the site going forward.
