    Dunbia employs 4,600 employees and agency workers at 13 different sites across the UK and Republic of Ireland. Dunbia processes red meat for the retail multiples and commercial customers. I sit on the main board of the company and take the strategic lead on all matters relating to human talent in the business. I have 8 direct reports who have a further 21 staff between them in their respective HR teams covering general HR issues, training, induction, payroll, agency workers and providers and ethical compliance. I act in support on all human resource issues to our 9 site MDs/GMs and to the board members and business owners. I direct our strategy with regard to compliance with Ethical Trading and manage the interface and relationship with our key retail customers.
