Managed volume in excess of $9Mil with a P&L contract. Oversee 11 managers, 10 supervisors and 80 union employees.

    As Director of Operations based out of the University of New Haven I held the positions of Interim General Manager for the following accounts:The University of New Haven, West Haven, CTThe University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, CTMitchell College, New London, CTFairfield University, Operations ManagerAs interim General Manager, I spent a semester at each account taking on the leadership role until a permanent position was identified. I provided on-site management and supervisory support, maintained customer and client communication and maintained financial responsibility for each unit. I provided support and training for new and existing management teams.
