    Responsible for the management of five distinctive streams of income within Musk engineering these are a mixture of Turnkey Projects, Design and Build, and Maintenance and support for predominantly blue chip clients with a significant turnover in the Food, Alcoholic Beverage, Non Alcoholic Beverage Pharmaceutical/Heath Care & Industrial/ Chemical sectors of UK and IrelandCo-ordination, leadership and direction of both office and site based project teams of up to 165 employees and sub-contractors. I have built the required project team structures to meet the customers brief and scope of work including Finance, Planning, CDM, Mechanical, Electrical and Software Design. The teams are structured with senior individuals reporting to myself and delegating my instructions accordingly down the chain. Additionally, I hold ‘Toolbox’ sessions with all employees in order to get bottom up feedback and to aid motivation and support to all levels as required. Experience working with a multitude of high profile individuals such as senior engineers, high ranking managers and heads of procurement. I discuss and agree customer’s requirements, building trust and confidence in our business, products and capability in order to win contracts.Presentation and summarisation of detailed information. I regularly present to the managing directors and other senior colleagues on the progress of high profile projects, disseminating technical and financial information in a clear concise way. I make use of my excellent linguistic and communication skills including PowerPoint and spreadsheets to simplify the data. Additionally, I actively contribute to any meeting to support positive outcomes and actions. Mentoring and development of individuals through goal setting and providing support to ensure targets and planned objectives are met by the individuals. Provide feedback and lessons learned to support individual’s continual growth.
