    Working on a European funded "environmentally friendly" gas turbine development programme (E3E) for small business jets, I coordinated suppliers to ensure sufficient provision of new components for a rebuild of the E3E core demonstrator high pressure turbine, gaining experience in novel casting techniques and exposure to working in a foreign environment.
