Since 2004, Jonathan has helmed Jonathan Meeks Design (JMD), his independent design firm originally based in Portland (OR), then San Diego (CA), and currently in Napa, California. His primary focus has been collaborations with multi-brand wine industry leaders Trinchero Family Estates and Vintage Wine Estates, where he has developed design solutions ranging from identity and package design to marketing and promotional materials for multiple wine brands. Whether working independently or collaborating with major companies or design firms, the mission and driving force behind every JMD project is the same: Establish a clear understanding of the marketing strategy and distinct design objectives and develop creative graphic design solutions and effective communications.
