    In my role with City Of Glasgow College I was joint Project Lead in a collaborative project with an external client, creating an English language course entitled "English for Maritime". This prestigious collaboration called upon me to use a variety of my skills in ESP materials development whilst also allowing me to hone my project leadership skills.

    I was involved in the design, development and delivery of training courses at the General Workers Union of Malta over a period of seven years. Most of the training courses which I helped to create were based on an English teaching approach, incorporating specific areas of trade union activity. From March of 2018 I was employed as a full time trade union trainer at the General Workers’ Union where my main teaching focus centred on the development of specialised training courses for the union, and the delivery of such courses. Courses which I designed, developed and ultimately delivered included English for Trade Unionists (in collaboration with ETUI), English for Standardisation of EU Procedures (in collaboration with ETUC) and English for Public Communication (ETUI).

    I was employed at AM Language studio from January of 2016 in a parttime teaching capacity. This introduction of flexibility into my working lifeallowed me to pursue work in the theatre and film acting field. My mainteaching responsibilities were focused in the areas of general English, ESPand IELTS/CAE exam preparation classes. During my tenure at AM, I wasalso sent on two training courses; as a fire warden and first aider.
