• Lead a research team, providing technical leadership and support on a portfolio of large data collection and research projects for clients including Boston College, Johns Hopkins, World Bank, Mastercard Foundation and others• Draft the technical parts of a research proposal to the World Bank on gender and education in Rwanda; Laterite, with REAL Centre at Cambridge University, beat 20 firms to win the bid. My team is now running the project.• Lead author of a report requested by Rwanda’s Minister of Finance and funded by the World Bank reviewing progress on the recommendations of the prominent 2018 Future Drivers of Growth report; lead author of a Mastercard Foundation-funded EdTech landscape mapping report, which I presented to an audience of 80 people including the Minister of State for ICT in Education; lead author of a qualitative midline report on a World Bank-funded community-driven development initiative by Spark Microgrants• Conducted performance management, recruitment and hiring duties and played a leadership role in the country office

• Through a World Bank partnership with International Growth Centre, was lead author of an Urbanization and Climate Change in Rwanda deep dive behind Rwanda’s Country Climate and Development Report. • Conducted research on the nexus between inclusion, urbanization and climate change, as part of the core team on the flagship report “Thriving: Making Cities Green, Resilient and Inclusive in a Changing Climate”• Researched and co-authored a profile of policies and practices to promote Kigali as a healthy city, conducting key informant interviews with a range of urbanization stakeholders in Rwanda• Co-authored a diagnostic of the Afghanistan urban housing sector in preparation for a World Bank project to support incremental housing starting in 2022
