Florida Modernism + Design is partnering with the Sarasota Architectural Foundation to bring the historic replica of Paul Rudolph’s Walker Guest House to Miami as a welcome center.

    Experimental land-use project and civic ecology grange on the Little River. Occupying the majority of a block (cumulatively over an acre), CSTA functions as a private event space, urban farm, education center, community nursery; also home to Public Hives apiary, a Miami Foundation grant-winner. Yard Bar is an adjacent tropical pioneer concept in Little Haiti.

    •Responsible for 40k+ in new business (Louis Vuitton, ICA, Dior, private residences),-Designed and executed green space for multiple Louis Vuitton locations,-Maintained Hermes and Dior accounts, -Proposed and executed partnership between MDD & Fairchild Botanical Garden to implement the “Million Orchids Project,” -Retained account totalling 20 percent of revenue,•Created property management systems and implemented schedule, -Trained management crew, -Coordinated installs with clients, nurseries, subcontractors, and crews, -Liaised between MDDA property management and Island Planning Corporation, •Designed, budgeted, and proposed solutions to clients, -Worked with McKenzie Construction to design a landscape scheme for the Allapattah Public Library through a Miami Foundation grant, -Created innovative cabling systems for new palms as hurricanes approached.
