KplusK are now 20 years old!We have carried out over 450 projects in this time, spanning a range and diversity of Brief and Client that we could never have imagined in 1996. We are currently constructing a 63 Storey residential tower in Manila for Kerry Properties that has 2,840 residential apartments, and is designed as a micro (vertical) community. At the same time, KplusK are designing a new church in Central Hong Kong, a community of bespoke houses on the banks of a lake in France, Entertainment Auditoria in Lohas Park, a sustainable fishing Adventure retreat in Outer Mongolia, the Green re-generation and part historic reconstruction of a traditional Hakka Village in New Territories, A major Art Exhibition in New York's Financial district, Four hotels and a Quadrophenia dog!
