My role in Bathstore has progressed from single site management to multi site management. During my time within the Company I have progressed to one of the most Senior Store Managers in the South of England. Within this role i have also taken responsibility for all new Store Managers in the business Directly working with them in a coaching capacity in order to drive there training. The training role continues when the new Store Managers are located into there own showrooms in a mentoring and support capacity.Summary of business account abilities:• Total turnover of £4m• Measurement of performance using a number of KPI's including, gross profit, quote conversion, footfall conversion, installations, average order value, KPI performance V’s Last year.• Full P&L Responsibility. Planning and Forecasting staff costs and store budgets. • Directly responsible for four teams of three staff, as well as support function to other store and management teams.• Consistent Year on Year growth. • Quarterly achievable business planning, using SMART objectives.During my time at Bathstore I also spent 18 months in a Store Development capacity and as part of a team was directly responsible and accountable for the opening of over 30 new showrooms in the South of England.
