    As the Congregational Care Director, my main goal is to address certain concerns of our Congregation. Congregational Care at Crosswalk Church is a network of volunteers who spend time with those who are experiencing illness, loneliness or are in needof companionship which includes compassion, caring and concern. Additionally, I facilitate visitation to local hospitals, nursing homes and rehabilitation centers for members and regular attendees at Crosswalk. As well I organize other members of our church to visit shut-in individuals who are without the benefit of leaving their homes or places of residency.In addition, incorporated into Congregational Care is our Senior Adult Ministry in which I partake in setting up quarterly events, such as field trips, luncheons visiting local attractions etc.

    Since 1990 I have overseen warranty and upgrade programs for residential construction at Barry Swenson Builder. I have recently expanded into sales, and over the past few years shared more of a focus on Project Management. Recently, our department has expanded into a Small Project Division in addition to the programs listed above.
