    Santa Ana Unified School District | Manager of Logistics | 2014 – Present Oversaw three major departments (Publications, Marketing, and Warehouse). Architected world-class facility to net savings of $600k+ per year and was recognized in the national print/marketing magazine.  Saved district additional $300k per annum by engineering new areas of service to include laser engraving, banner, embroidery, screen printing, 3D printing, and metal sign printing.  Optimized delivery routes to save 33 labor hours per day (7,293 per year).  Diminished inventory from $80k to $16 by doing full physical inventory and starting cycle counts to maintain the integrity of inventory.  Improved professionalism of administrators to increase skillset needed to rebrand schools with proficiency.  Heightened capabilities by investigating and suggesting new mailroom system.  Completed transformation of Publication Department for the following areas:- Upgraded Docutechs to full functioning Nuveras with multiple capabilities, as well as color equipment with several improvements. - Improved network to move large fields, as well as bindery workflow with 10 additional pieces of equipment. - Started wide format printing with augmentations in products and initiated large-scale Embroidery Department.- Executed DTG printing to reduce cost on small garment runs. - Developed and performed cross training with all employees.

    Managed nine departments (Instructional Media Service, EDMS, Textbooks, Mailroom, Warehouse, Embroidery, Graphics, Communications, and Videography/Photography). Inaugurated digital document transfer, storage, and archive for all district’s paperwork. Initiated RUSD’s participation and development of community events to sponsor programs and schools within Riverside.  Captured $130k in savings per year by upgrading equipment and procedures, as well as nearly removing spoilage.  Conceptualized, assembled, and established global industry standard cluster system for high-speed digital imaging.  Established Schoolwires website and retained and enhanced RUSD textbook tracking through Destiny.  Condensed costs by 70% by helping other school districts with forming a print-on-demand system for textbooks and workbooks.  Originated new logo and championed rebrand for RUSD.
