I am field based, starting out from my home and required to travel to customer sites for the company and its subsidiaries as and when required. My work is varied, including installation, repair and maintenance of networking equipment, footfall sensors and audio/visual systems. Clients are varied, including, the public and private sector, the retail industry, high street outlets and stores. Some of the key responsibilities of the role are:- The deployment and replacement of IT network equipment (routers, switches, access points) on customer sites.- The deployment and replacement of end user IT hardware (PC’s, IP phones, screens) on customer sites.- The deployment, service and repair of footfall equipment on customer sites.I use my CCNA in Routing and Switching knowledge to assist me in completing these tasks in line with the interests of Smart Capital Technology.
