Role & Responsibilities: As Director of Private Care Operations, I am the key Advisor and Director to the President. Responsible for increasing revenue while decreasing costs, operations improvements, changes, and strategic planning for the company. • Work closely with President for strategic planning, including operations, financial, benefits, and marketing objectives.• Cooperate with families, 100+ community agencies and medical personnel (Hospice Organizations, Physicians, RN’s, GCM’s, CNA’s), to arrange for hospice, palliative, convalescent and rehabilitative care of sick or injured people. • Develop operational standards, policies and procedures for providing home health care and for evaluating service. • Direct, train, supervise and coordinate all activities and 100+ employees engaged in the delivery of services. • Direct managers and employees to ensure cost effectiveness while increasing positive levels of service for clients.• Recommend personnel assignments and coordinate services with other health and social agencies to render effective services for clients. Achievements:• Successfully led the organization to another record breaking year of revenues, producing over $2M in 2012 with growth of 12.91% over 2011. • Due to my leadership in 2011, led the Private Care Division to sustained growth over 2010, again setting new annual and monthly revenue records. Private Care Revenues broke $200,000 in a single month.• Initiated and executed a new and innovative target marketing approach to key referral sources. This includes the development of marketing materials, now being used by our Marketing Director; specialized caregiver training by a licensed RN, and customized daily care records; all proving to be well received by referral sources due to being an extremely effective differentiator of services. • Strategized cuts in Marketing Programs that were costly and ineffective, saving the organization thousands of dollars per month.
