Collaborated with other system administrators and SQL Database Administrator on VM and storage issues. Facilitated initial domain merger involving installation of new Cisco switches in EPL environments, migration of 250 AD and e-mail accounts from EPL to Energy XXI, and replacement of EPL Polycom phones with company Cisco phones within six-week period. Installed and configured new NetApp 8200 as consolidated storage area network for company and EPL virtual servers and data.  Extended EPL's Houston Avamar DataDomain into Energy XXI vSphere environment. Worked with manager to design processes to set up off-site DR, utilizing NetApp 3240 and HP Blc7000 blade enclosure, including configuration of new vSphere DR environment, replication of critical servers and data using NetApp Snap Mirror, and setup of VMware site recovery manager to automate VM failover and recovery.  Developed plan to move EPL's EMC VNX 5300 SANs to Energy XXI's data center located at Internap and reconfigure storage for use by GEO Department.Energy XXI IT Services outsourced to Genesis Networks in August 2015
